The Women in Insurance Initiative (WII) is a kick-butt community of women and allies that are determined to make insurance a more diverse, equitable, and opportunity-rich field.

What began as a small-scale group of volunteers became an opportunity to drive important discussions about advocacy, leadership, and professional development.

Through my work with WII, I led the launch of our LinkedIn page, gaining over 500 followers in less than a month.

Every month, our page honed in on a new topic or theme, like mentorship or pride. For National Intern Day, I produced, edited, and executed the release of our Intern Spotlight campaign, shown below:
