When RISE Professionals asked the Women in Insurance Initiative to host the opening session at their annual Leadership Summit, we hit the ground running.

With just over a month to plan, promote, and execute our event, I brought to life our hands-on session, Lift as You Lead: Real Talk on Leadership.
